There is no shame in using insulin. It's just another tool in our medicine chest. See you haven't posted in a while. I encourage you to do so.Sunnyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10247722361880680989noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8819526827578504336.post-85145349321111548952010-08-27T20:01:58.673-07:002010-08-27T20:01:58.673-07:00I don't have diabetes but I'm under consta...I don't have diabetes but I'm under constant watch for it, due to meds I have to take. You will definitely feel better, I'm 22 and have hypo thyroid, since last feb i was in turmoil, lots of idiotic sounding pills kept increasing my weight and waist but last October I turned to Indian [Ayurveda] medicines. Withania herb called Ashwagandha gave me relief, thankfully..My hormones are under control, I have made a routine to walk before that i used to go to gym [ it all worked but i lost just 5 kgs in 5 months. not a great deal " when i was 143 lbs now im 134 lbs, without that much exercise and only with a "nature walk" I did all this and still doing. At times it's frustrating to see my swollen face in the morning but since I have turned to naturopathy [ my dad's a doc of this ] Im glad... Withania actually helped me.

For your diabetes you can look forward to Ayurveda, these medicines are available despite of the fact where you live.
Keep us updated.
i'm following you.☺☻

love Naqvee ♥♥♥Naqveehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17815073544766423243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8819526827578504336.post-79491269085964828972009-10-26T13:30:26.357-07:002009-10-26T13:30:26.357-07:00Good work, keep it up!
